Activity: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, comprehensive briefing, and equipment check with your guide.
Accommodation: Africa Safari Arusha or Similar.

Day 01 :

Londorossi Gate to Mti Mkubwa (Forest Camp)

Elevation: 7,742 ft → 9,498 ft.

Distance: 4 miles (3–4 hours trekking).

Highlights: Start at Lemosho Glades; ascend through dense rainforest. Overnight at Mti Mkubwa Camp.

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Day 02 :

Forest Camp to Shira 1 Camp

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Elevation: 9,498 ft → 11,500 ft.

Distance: 5 miles (5–6 hours trekking).

Highlights: Trek through juniper forests and reach the scenic Shira Plateau with magnificent views of Kibo Peak.

Day 03 :

Shira 1 to Shira 2 Camp

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Elevation: 11,500 ft → 12,500 ft.

Distance: 4 miles (3–4 hours trekking).

Highlights: Traverse the Shira Plateau and enjoy panoramic views. Overnight at Shira 2 Camp.

Day 04 :

Shira 2 to Moir Hut Camp

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Elevation: 12,500 ft → 13,580 ft.

Distance: 8 miles (5–7 hours trekking).

Highlights: Walk across the Shira Caldera, passing Shira Cave, with stunning vistas of Arrow Glacier.

Day 05 :

Moir Camp to Buffalo Camp

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Elevation: 13,580 ft → 13,200 ft.

Distance: 7 miles (5–7 hours trekking).

Highlights: Summit Lent Hills, trek along the northern circuit trail, and reach Buffalo Camp.

Day 06 :

Buffalo Camp to Third Cave

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Elevation: 13,200 ft → 12,700 ft.

Distance: 5 miles (5–7 hours trekking).

Highlights: Cross valleys and sparsely vegetated landscapes to reach Third Cave Camp.

Day 07 :

Third Cave to School Hut Camp

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Elevation: 12,700 ft → 15,600 ft.

Distance: 3 miles (4–5 hours trekking).

Highlights: Ascend to the saddle, a stark lunar-like terrain between Kibo and Mawenzi Peaks.

Day 08 :

School Hut to Uhuru Peak to Mweka Camp

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Elevation: 15,600 ft → 19,341 ft (Uhuru Peak) → 10,065 ft.

Distance: 4 miles ascent, 7 miles descent (6–8 hours ascent, 4–6 hours descent).

Highlights: Summit at Uhuru Peak, enjoy sunrise over Mawenzi, then descend to Mweka Camp.

Day 09 :

Mweka Camp to Mweka Gate

Elevation: 10,065 ft → 5,380 ft.
Distance: 6 miles (3–4 hours trekking).
Highlights: Celebrate with a hearty breakfast and descend to Mweka Gate. Return to Arusha for relaxation.
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Day 10 :

Departure or Extension

Activity: Transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or continue your Tanzanian adventure with a safari or Zanzibar beach holiday.
